Let's continue our house tour, shall we? It's time to share another room from our abode: Brooks' nursery!
I love this room for so many reasons, the top being its occupant.
Not a lot changed from his original room at the rental. We hung some shelves that John built and added new curtains that my mom and I put our personal touch on.
This room gets a lot of action because we keep a couple of toy baskets next to the crib and Brooks dips his hands in the book basket at least two times a day. It is also the "wind-down" room after tubby, a.k.a. Brooks and daddy's man-zone.
Brooks isn't quite ready for a big boy bed, but we have recently lowered the mattress and said seeee-ya to the crib skirt. It's going to be a bittersweet day when we take the crib down. Probably more bitter than sweet...wink.
