FOUR! Four years old and already lost her first tooth

I can't believe it! But, it has been wiggly for quite some time. Ann Bennett finally let me pull it this morning after it practically did a 180 while she was eating breakfast. She is so proud and so are we!

First visit from the Tooth Fairy tonight! I know a special little girl who  is very excited!

Last night we hosted the parents of Brooks' Allstar team for an end-of-season shrimp boil. We already celebrated with the kids at their party, so we wanted to do something just for the parents--a night to relax and unwind!

Leave it to me to only get pictures of the decor and the food and not the people...

I may not have documented it well, but we sure had a great time with everyone. We are so thankful for the lifelong friendships we made throughout the season.

We had some very special visitors today...

Mrs. Ashley (Felder), Coleman, and Lillie Kate! We love our Auburn friends so much and cannot wait to see them again in the fall!

Summer is quickly coming to an end so we are trying to soak up all the pool days that we can! Love these little fishies!

Fun (and hot) day with my crew at the zoo.

We couldn't leave without riding the choo choo!

let freedom ring.

It was a happy Fourth of July, indeed! We spent five days at the lake for the holiday and were blessed by sunshine, good food, and great (new) friends.

On Wednesday night, we took the boat to the Ritz to see the fireworks. This was the first year, I  believe, that the older both stayed up to watch the show. It was amazing and left me in tears, as always.

On the 4th, we walked over to the neighbors for barbeque, drinks, and fun. A little too much fun! Swimming at the sandbar with the whole group, was the perfect way to end our festive day.

The rest of our days were spent on the boat and waverunner, in the lake, and at the pool. Sissy even got to go on a special date with Nanie to see Toy Story 4!

It really was the best, most relaxing weekend and we are so thankful!
