Fitting in all the holiday traditions this Christmas season.

Milkshakes and Christmas lights.

Decorating Gingerbread houses.

Baking and decoration Christmas cookies for Santa.

Not to mention watching Christmas movies galore.

We have been busy little elves!

different this year.

The Homewood Christmas Parade looked a little...okay, a lot different this year. But, it's a tradition that we are here for, always. Even if it means sitting in dead stop traffic for an hour to see five floats.

We are thankful for sweet friends who make everything more fun!

We love you, Homewood!

oh what fun.

OH WHAT FUN.

Or something like that.

We picked out our Christmas tree this afternoon!

Then we dolled her up, drank hot chocolate, watched a Christmas movie and put together a puzzle fireside.

It's the most wonderful time of the year!

joy that tomorrow brings.

This afternoon we attended the 3:00 Christmas service and it was the most wonderful hour of worshipping our newborn King!

Afterwards, we put on our Christmas jammies and continued our tradition of appetizers and a Christmas movie in the den.

Once it was time for bed, we put cookies and milk out for Santa and carrots for his reindeer then read the Nativity story.

To top the night off, we turned off all of the lights except for the Christmas tree and prepared our hearts with worship--Silent Night and Oh Holy Night.

We can't wait for the JOY that tomorrow brings!
