key cat.

It rained and it poured on Fall Festival Friday this year. So, the festivities were moved inside for the second year in a row. However, the kiddos didn't miss a beat and Campbell absolutely had a blast participating in his first fall festival at Covenant!

He was especially proud of his cat face painting, telling everyone for the remainder of the day that he was a "key cat." And, it's no surprise that AB chose a rainbow!

It was, and always is, such a special day with the kids that we cherish so much!

It's finally their turn! Today, Camp started his very first day of school in the Two's and Ann Bennett started kindergarten at Covenant Day School!

It was a bittersweet morning, as this is the first day of Ann Bennett's last year at Covenant and Camp's first day of school ever, which means I am officially an empty-nester from 9:00-1:00, three days a week. Freedom!

We love this school and cannot wait to see them learn and grow and love Jesus deeper!

Ann Bennett had her four year well check-up this morning. She weighs 38.2 pounds (65th percentile) and is 3 foot 5 3/4 inches tall (82nd percentile). Praise God for a healthy, growing, and happy girl!

Happy, that is, until she had to get her finger pricked and a few vaccines. Cue the tears! Overall, she was brave and I am so very proud of her. So was her baby brother!

Savoring these final days of summer with my best babies.

 Goodness, I love them so!
