We didn't make it down to the Street Dance in Edgewood following the parade, but we had a bag full of candy and that's really all that mattered to Brooks and AB. It was the perfect end to the perfect day!

Saturday, was "We Love Homewood Day" in our quaint little town. It's a fun celebration because, well, we really do love Homewood and this year, the kids were old enough to enjoy the rides and games at the Park Festival. At 10:00, we walked to Homewood Central Park and we played hard until almost 2:00! Brooks got an eagle tattoo on his leg, the little ones bounced around in the Circus Train inflatable, the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and the Monster Truck inflatable, we rode the spinning buckets and swings, listened to the band, visited vendors, and ate hot dogs. We really had the best time and the weather was unbeatable!
After naps, we headed downtown for dinner and drove the buggy to the library for the "We Love Homewood Day" parade. The kids had so much fun!
