HPR.

Last night, Brooks had his first swim meet. Errr, kind of. It ended up getting rained out, but during warm-ups he swam the entire length of the pool without holding on to the rope or the side—a HUGE improvement from the effort given during swim practice. I am so proud of my big boy! We have come a long way since the first day of practice where he kicked and screamed and cried, and we all left in tears. And based on these smiles, I think that he is actually starting to enjoy it and think it's *gasp* fun!

It helps to have your best friend by your side, too. :)
