Saturday morning, we celebrated our Ann Bennett's precious life with our closest family and friends. I am a sucker for a themed party, so this year I played off of Miss Annie's favorite song, "Rain, Rain, Go Away." I offered lemon, raspberry, and rosemary infused water, mimosas, watermelon, cupcakes, sandwiches, and pouches. The kids tossed water balloons and decorated ceramic rain boots. Ann Bennett, doting her pink rain boots, was on cloud nine all morning and definitely felt the love. She ate. it. up.
Happy TWO, baby girl. You are so easy to celebrate and we thank God for the moment you were knit together. Keep shining, my love!
