Christmas this year was so full of love, joy, warmth, and community. New traditions were started and sweet memories were made.
Brooks and I spent Christmas Eve morning drawing pictures for Santa and his reindeer and baking cookies, while waiting on Daddy to get home from work. That evening we went over to Shug and Pops' house for dinner with the family.
Christmas morning was nothing short of magical. We opened up presents from Santa + exchanged gifts.
At 9:30 we headed over to the in-laws for more presents and brunch.
Then we loaded up and drove to Atlanta for Christmas dinner and to spend a couple of days with the Semanson clan.
Merry Christmas to all!
…and to all a good night.
"For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this." Isaiah 9:6-7
