We had grand plans to go to Napa this weekend, however, Mother Nature put a wrench in them. Unfortunately, because of the wildfires raging in California, we had to cancel our much anticipated trip. But, because we already had childcare lined up and an open calendar, we decided to head down to Rosemary Beach for a few days to ease the heartbreak and soak up some sun.
The Owens and the Woods joined us and it was definitely a weekend for the books.
I am so thankful for a little getaway with the best of friends!

Happy Birthday, Shug!
This evening we celebrated the birthday girl with a delicious dinner and quality family time.
She is the one who typically hosts and cooks so it was nice to spoil her and reverse the role for a change.
